1. GENERAL 

Welcome to “Daan Couture”. Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our website. “Daan Couture” reserves the right to update or modify these terms of use at any time without prior notice to you.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

If you receive a product with defects, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan, with all associated shipping and customs charges covered by the customer. We conduct a thorough investigation upon receiving the defective product and proceed with a refund or replacement at our discretion. Generally, we do not accept exchanges or refunds, except in cases of verified defects or exceptional circumstances.

3. PRICE AND CONTENT INFORMATION

While we endeavor to maintain accurate pricing and content information, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate content descriptions. In such cases, we will contact the customer for further instructions and may choose to cancel the order at our discretion.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Order timelines depend on the intricate complexity of each product. Our couture bridal pieces can take 8+ weeks, and formals can take 3+ weeks.

FAST TRACK ORDERS

When placing a fast-track order, it's important to note that a full upfront payment, covering both the order cost and any applicable delivery charges, is required to avoid delays in dispatch. This payment rule applies, unless there's a different agreement with the Company. Additionally, for fast-track orders, proof of the event date must be provided when the order is accepted. Fast-track orders are categorized into two fast-track order types: bridal fast track orders, which involve delivery within 45 calendar days or less, and formal fast-track orders, which entail delivery within 30 calendar days or less

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications before accepting any order, and if cancelled, we will notify you.

5. DELIVERY CHARGES

Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the goods' price, and customs duty and tax charges are payable to the courier company upon delivery.

6. DELIVERY TIMELINES

“Daan Couture” is responsible for dispatching your order, but we cannot control any delays caused by our courier partners. If concerns arise after dispatch, please contact the courier service directly. As each item is made to order, delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur, and customers will be informed of any delays.

7. CUSTOM/DUTIES/TAXES

When ordering from "Daan Couture" for delivery overseas, customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for Customs clearance are the customer's responsibility. Customs policies vary, and cross-border deliveries are subject to inspection by Customs Authorities.


8. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided through this site will be used in accordance with Daan Couture’s policy.


9. ACCEPTABLE USE

Our goal is to create a positive, useful, and safe environment for all users. To maintain this environment, we prohibit certain types of conduct that may be harmful to our users or to us. When using our website, you may not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe upon or misappropriate other people's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
  • Post or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, damaging to reputation, pornographic, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, racist, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or commercial communications, such as spam.
  • Engage in spidering, harvesting, or the use of software, including spyware, designed to collect data from the website.
  • Transmit viruses or other harmful computer instructions intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the use of computers or related systems.
  • Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software or underlying code used to operate the website.
  • Advocate, encourage, or assist any third party in engaging in any of the above prohibited activities.


10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Lahore, including any consumer courts, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes you may have with us.

12. DISCLAIMER 

We strive to ensure that the colors viewed on our website are an exact representation of the actual colors of the outfit. However, there may be minor variations due to several factors such as the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing, and differences in display output due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and the capabilities of monitors.

  • Measurements & Fit:

    • If body measurements are provided at the time of order placement, please note that garments are produced according to our standard ready-size specifications. As a result, a fit tolerance of approximately 2–3 inches may occur, and the garment may have a slightly relaxed fit.

  • Colour Representation:

    • Where colour swatches are shared prior to production, they are provided for reference only. As each garment is handcrafted and requires an extended production period, slight variations may occur during the process. A colour variation tolerance of up to 20% from the original swatch may be expected.

  • Product Appearance:

    • Our handwoven fabrics may have natural darker and lighter threads in their weave, please note, that this is a characteristic of natural fabrics and constitutes a part of their raw and natural beauty.

  • Sustaining Craft:

    • We have a special category of products made by craftsmen from the villages of Pakistan aiming to revive the age of embroideries & textiles. Any inconsistency in the work is part of the look and limitation we have while working with people while working with the people from the remote areas of Pakistan. 
  • Product Care: Please handle our product with care as we use the most delicate fabrics and embroideries in our pieces. All items are to be dry cleaned only.
